Full Spectrum Mama
Hello and welcome! I--Full Spectrum Mama--was born in Panama and grew up in New York City, Connecticut, and Maine. I graduated from Bryn Mawr College and earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from Columbia University. I was a longtime adjunct professor of philosophy, ethics, comparative religion, and bioethics, before pivoting to writing, speaking, and activism. I live with my multigenerational neurodiverse family and try to be present with love, humor, and wisdom every day.
